Honolulu is located in Honolulu County, Hawaii (HI) in USA. The city is a state capital and county seat on Hawaii's beautiful island of Oahu, is the area's economic center, and is perhaps best known for its splendid Waikiki Beach. The average temperature during the winter climate only varies a little from the summer, making Honolulu the perfect holiday destination. The heaviest rainfall comes from November through April, during winter season and can last for several days at a time, but the annual precipitation only averages about 28 inches.
