Honolulu is located in Honolulu County, Hawaii (HI) in USA. The average temperature during the winter climate only varies a little from the summer, making Honolulu the perfect holiday destination. The heaviest rainfall comes from November through April, during winter season and can last for several days at a time, but the annual precipitation only averages about 28 inches.
